This Is How Your Body Will Burn Body Fat When You Engage in Healthy Sleep

Why did I say healthy?

Yes, despite knowing that lack effective sleep can increase the chance of excess body mass and stop the burning of body fat,  likewise, too much sleep can also affect the rate of metabolism in many ways.

According to experts, having an affective and healthy sleep can help lower significantly the amount of bad cholesterol in the body.

Do not stress yourself by going to bed late  and walking up early. That way you are activating the stress hormone, which also increases the chance of insulin resistance.

When insulin is resistant, that means more glucose will be avar in bloodstream.

This accumulation of excess glucose in bloodstream will inturn leads to increase in excess body mass or fat accumulation.

Several studies have been linked to the effect of sleep on Body weight gain:

In one study 68,183 women who slept five or fewer Hours per night over a period of 16 years were more likely to gain weight than those who slept for longer than seven hours per night .

Another study, showed that better sleep quality and getting at least seven hours of sleep per night increased the likelihood of successful weight loss by 33% in 245 women enrolled in a six-month weight loss program.

Changes in hunger hormones, increased appetite and a higher risk of getting excess body mass. This changes in the normal physiological function of hunger hormone may be caused by lack of a healthy sleep, according to one study.

Although everyone needs a different amount of sleep, most studies have found that getting at least seven hours of sleep per night is associated with the most benefits when it comes to body weight.

So getting a better result from getting rid of your excess body fat is not from performing or undergoing a hazardous operation or taking expensive pills, but by taking a right sleep.

It is important for people to note that taking healthy sleep does not mean spending the whole day on the bed.

This is the reason why I mentioned healthy sleep. Because if you spend the whole day sleeping, you are still stressing yourself by not allowing your muscles, joints and  tendons to be stretching, which may affect the normal metabolism and other physiological functions in your body.
