#1 Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons of grounds coffee
  • Lotion

How It works

Find your favorite lotion of choice and measure out 4 tablespoons into a Vaseline container or any cleaner container with a reasonable size.

Measure out 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds and this amount to your lotion. Combine them thoroughly, making sure that both the lotion and coffee mix with one another.

To make this DIY body scrub, you need to get a clean container where you will combine your ingredients. Measure out 1 cup of coffee grounds into the container. Then, add 2 tablespoons of salt and 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Combine the ingredients very well and transfer the finished products into another clean container with lid and cover.

Scrub the area affected by cellulites using a friendly exfoliating brush or loofah before shower. This helps improve blood circulation around the surface of your skin. When you finish brushing the cellulites, scrub the area with your DIY coffee scrub leaving it to stay on your body for about 5-15 minutes. Make sure you exfoliate in a circular motion. Then, finally, take a shower or rinse off your body with lukewarm water. Repeat this process two to three times a day.

  • 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds
  • 1 egg

How it works

Break one egg into a clean container. You can use only the egg white, but it is good to blend in the complete egg without the outer shell. Then, add 4 tablespoons of ground coffee and mix.

How to use

Apply this paste on the affected area with cellulites. It is important to know that you can only use this mixture once. Therefore, whenever, you want to use this DIY remedy, you have to prepare a fresh mixture.

To use this mixture, apply it on the affected area on tour body with cellulites and leave it to stay just like your when you apply your normal Vaseline or lotion. If you think you are going to be disturbed with egg smell, then rinse off with lukewarm water after at least 20 to 30 minutes.

  • 1/2 cup grounds coffee
  • 1/2 cup seaweed powder
  • 2% chamomile essential oil
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil

How it works

Measure out 1/2 cup of coffee grounds and 1/2 cup of seaweed powder into a clean container. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2% chamomile essential oil, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Combine the ingredients thoroughly.

How it works

Apply this body scrub on the affected area in a circular motion. Leave it to stay for 5 to 10 minutes on your body. Rinse off the scrub with lukewarm water. Repeat this process 2-3 times a week and stop whenever you feel satisfied.

#6 Recipe

How it works

Transfer 1 cup y coffee grounds into a clean container. Then, add 3 tablespoons of sea salt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2%/ of lemon essential oil. Blend all the ingredients completely and transfer them into another clean container with cover and cap.

How to use

Cover the area affected by cellulites with this DIY  coffee scrub and leave it to stay on your body for good 15 minutes. After this time, rinse off your body with clean water. You can repeat this process two to three times a week and stop. whenever you feel satisfied.


Other ingredients band organic products that are found to work great for treating cellulites are apple cider vinegar, fennel essential oil, and Rosemary essential oil.

Important things to take note

Before you start using any essential oil, make sure you do a patch test to find out you are not allergic to any essential oil listed above.

Also, never use any essential directly on your body because essential oils are very concentrated and they can burn your skin. Therefore, it is important to dilute them by using a carrier oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, and jojoba oil. This helps reduce essential oil concentration.
